A family I've known my whole life has become ripped apart. The father left the family because he was actually homosexual. He lived in another state for a while, but died of AIDS last year. The two sons have struggled with severe depression for ten or so years. One, call him M, tried to commit suicide when he was sixteen. The other brother, A, just committed suicide two weeks ago. He had been talking about it for months and started scratching his face out of family photos. I talked with M for a long time tonight and he is also thinking about suicide. Would you pray for M and his family?

Grace, of course. I have prayed for you. Maybe God has something in store for you and this brief struggle.

To all the others, thank you very much.

What a horrible situation. You know we can get so caught up in our own lives of chaos and really don't stop and look at others... so many times others are struggling just to stay a live, as in this case. Praise God you are such a good friend and are seeking out for help. The Lord is ultimately the only healer we need - You are seeking in the right place. I will definitely pray for him and his family.
God will take care of them, He holds them in His hands. Blessings to you too.

I pray right now that God will touch this family and bring healing to them. I pray for peace in this family. I bind every spirit of suicide in the name of Jesus. Amen

Father GOD, I do not come before Your throne of grace empty but bring my righteous sacrifice, the Holy and sinless Lamb of GOD who became that sacrifice for all sin who also bore in His own body on the cross the griefs and sorrow of all mankind.

With this knowledge, I lift M and the rest of the family and this beloved intercessor before you requesting that YOU, Abba Father, bless them with true peace . I rebuke the demonic spirit of suicide and loose this one from your unlawful claim on his soul.

I declare him free from torment , not because I say so, but because of what Jesus did for him 2000 years ago.

So be it.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, I lift up M and ask that you deliver him from the tormenting spirit of depression and suicide. I pray that the peace of God that passes all understanding guard his heart and mind thru Christ Jesus. I pray that you heal his mind and bind up his wounds. I ask for the Spirit of peace to envelope his soul and his family's heart. I ask in the name of Jesus for a fresh revelation of your lovingkindness to enter into his heart and that M will experience your uncondiitonal love by your Holy Spirit. Touch his mind Lord and keep him from the onslaught of the enemy. In the name of Jesus, I count it down by faith. AMEN.

No

So god could help their situation at any moment. But he sits there waiting for us to pray to do so. How many people would he need to change his mind and actually help them? Is this really how you conceive of your god? Scary stuff.
