It isn't required, per se, but it is highly recommended. As it is written: "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just." (Proverbs 13:22)

The KJV Bible is clear! Proverbs 13:22
BUT, this applies to a "good man" and a good man that believes Gods word ,is obedient, and will do what the inspired word of God says. Leave your grandchildren an inheritance!
The Bible also defines a FOOL as one that believes there is no God.

There's no law in the Bible stating you must leave an inheritance, it's just that if you have money, property or valuables to leave to someone, you would more than likely leave them to your family members.
