God is perfect and cannot sin, and Mary wasn't a preteen. Yes it is a sin to have sex ( or get a girl pregnant) without being married in Gods eyes no matter how old the person is. ( And Mary was a virgin )

God didn't have sex with Mary (The Virgin Mary). And yes not only is it a sin to get a little girl pregnant, depending on ur age it could also be against the law...

Um, yeah that'd be a sin and no, God didn't impregnate a pre-teen anyone...Mary wasn't a "pre-teen"...at least not according to any religion I'm aware of.
