crunches are the best way. It sounds hard, but they are the only wayt to really target that area. Dont listen to any of those exercise commercials, the only way is hard work

If you want it in a month you better be close to it.Its all about diet,you must remove the body fat.The best exercise(you need this too) is the hanging leg raise followed by an incline crunch,hold a plate or medicine ball for added resistance or you will be there all day.

make sure you do side crunches!!! that's key, you work off your love handles and start to work off your waist. Of course you gotta watch your diet, oh and try to go a month without any suagrs, no pops, candy bars, or coffee allowed, sugar goes right to the lower abs and is harder to work off.

there is really no way to do it quickly. it takes a low fat diet and lots of exercise to do so. We all want a quick fix but its not humanly possible. dont trust diet pills or quick fixes they play on the human need to be "sexy". take time and you will get one.
