I view this the same way as I view so-called open marriages. If you really love someone and want to be with them, you make the effort to be with only them. Whether or not it's difficult or unnatural to be with only one person, taking the effort to do so shows how much you love that person. Getting involved in other relationships is taking the easier way out.

It is against the law in the United States to have more than one wife!
The Utah territory used to practice pologomy until they wanted to be a state and then all of a sudden the Mormon church got a vision that pologomy was against God! Even though today there are still some Mormons that still practice this!
We should not invite this sin into our culture! It is bad enough that homosexuals want to get married! They also should not be allowed to marry!!

Wow..He must be well off to be able to afford having 4 wives and 21 kids. I know Islam allows this as long as the man can afford to provide a comfortable life and equal sharing to his 4 wives...

Heck, why not let men marry multiple women? I mean come on now ladies think about it. It would keep the disgusting creeps more to themselves. And leave all the good guys for those of us that don't believe in that crap! And we wouldn't have to compete with all the weird gals out there!
Why not create two worlds with in a world. Make people take written exams or something. Put all the freaks that are into that crap in one area. And the rest of us who are not in another area! It sounds good to me. I know its off the wall huh!
Then maybe I'll stop getting messages from bi women who wanna hook up..... disgusting!

1. economics ....can you afford it?
2. Fitness...can you do it every day?
3. Emotional health....you want wife 1 and wife 4 wants you now? who do you chose? Can you face the consequences of saying no to one? Or can you cajole them to a group "act"?
It looks like pleasure to you from the outside...get into it..you would find more difficulties!

Of course not. In fact in most states the punishment is pretty severe. I know in my state the punishment is......one than one mother-in-law.
Incidentally, one of the later posters "Coolbusinessman" needs to read a bit more. The LDS (Mormon) church does not have ANY members who practice polygamy. If they were members of the LDS church and married more than one spouse they were excommunicated. Therefore he is wrong. NO Mormons have more than one spouse.
