For OPSEC reasons, it is verboten to state unit movement schedules over public sources. As for "The Herd", they've been stationed at Vicenza for years, no change there except talk of expanding their numbers.

This is one of those questions that is best deleted.

EDIT: IN RESPONSE TO PRIVATE EMAIL RECEIVED

Smoke myself? What, were you asleep through all the SAEDA briefings given by your S2 NCOIC? All the PAO releases issued by the Army NEVER give exact dates, and it is absolutely verboten for ANY Soldier as an individual to discuss unit movement schedules over public source as in Yahoo! Answers, just like it is a complete no-no to post pictures of equipment damage or talk about specific incidents that produce Coalition casualties on the internet. Everything is approved by your unit S-2 first, and then through the auspices of the Brigade PAO office.

Maybe if you weren't such a complete moron, you'd be able to find out through friends you have who were in The Herd and stay in touch, just like I can if I so choose if I make a phone call to one of the boys in my company. You're either non-military, or a borderline chapter-case.

In any event, you are a complete idiot, and your last email was proof positive. If you're so insistent that unit movement schedules are open source, go check your AKO instead of coming here and throwing out your question to a crowd that's like 95% non-Army to begin with.

There's something called doing the hard right over the easy wrong. It may be hard for someone like you since whoever it was on the Trail that let you pass muster wasn't doing their job, but you still have a responsibility, even as an IDIOT, to TRY.

Apparently you either are not Military or have no connections to it. With that said, OPSEC applies here. If you are to know, then someone in Authority will let you know.
