can it be done by YOGA? i want fazt result..no surgery...

No surgery, not even any yoga. Just appreciation and admiration for what you have to offer.

Yoga will help tone.

It is either big because you have a lot of muscle or fat there. If it is muscle, you need to do aerobic slimming exercises like swimming, running, biking, etc.

If it is because of fat, you need to:

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.

All lower body exercises will make your butt firm try squats and lunges,plus you have to eat right no junk in the mouth no junk in the trunk, also riding a bike works the lower body really good.
