I'd say take a day off once a week, but otherwise, you are *fine*.

It sure looks like you are doing something *different* each day, and with the strength training only being twice a week, I don't see where your muscles would be giving you any problems. :)

I envy you your motivation actually....that and your gym budget. :p

Hell, if I could just find it in me to do the spinning and the Yoga (motivation and budget), I'd be spiffy, and I'm a guy. ;)

You're cool, just find one day a week, or two days every two weeks, to chill and let your body recover, and it should be something you can maintain *indefinitely*, as in like, forever even. *lol* :)

Keep up the good work! :)

Not really.

Some people can go to the gym everyday for like 2 months straight without the adverse effect. But, you should take at least every 4th day off so your body can rest and heal.

i go 5 or 6 times a week. i like to have a few days to rest & recover EVERY muscle. I read a study once that said that there's not any more benefit of going 7 times than going 6, and that they've found fewer sports type injuries in people who work out 5 to 6 times rather than those who never give their bodies a break. you're good to want to care for it. but remember that sleep is essential to health and so is a bit of down-time.

It is fine and good, but make sure if when you train a body part for strength you give it at least 48 hours rest.

Normally I would vociferiously say no it's not ok. However, because you vary your routine I'm going to say yes.

For me, I used to do weights 3 hrs a day/6 days a week. Now my bod is ruined. I still work out though.:-(

Go on with your bad self! LOL If your eating right, staying hydrated, and getting good rest, then your fine. Your work-outs are pretty varied, so it doesn't sound like your over doing if you feel good, and not run down. Good for you for taking care of your body - it's worth it.

Are you trying to bulk up or take off pounds? You can go to the gym everyday as long as you are varying your routine. Professional athletes do it. Celebrities do it. If it works for Janet, Madonna, and Brittney, who are they to argue with?

its good that you are exercising, not good that it is EVERYDAY. You need to have one day of rest so you muscles can recuperate along with your energy, and overall, your body. six days a week is better than 7 days a week, any doctor will tell you that.

As long as you are feeling good and strong, it's fine. I would encourage you to take one day off a week for your body to rest and heal. You may not feel it now but you will.

going to the gym everyday is ok
when you work out you tear down the muscle that you are working on
if you dont work on the same muscle every day and alternate muscle groups, then working out every day is fine
