Yoga helps alot. But if you don't wanna spend the money, just do basic stretches everyday to make you more limber.

EX: reaching down and touching your toes with straight legs, side to side stretching, sitting on you butt and everyday get your legs to spread wider and wider, just do general stretching everyday, and in a month you will notice you are alot more flexible!

Never stretch cold muscles. Warm them up first with a light aerobic work out for about 10 Min. Get a book on stretching and stretch every day.
