First of don't try being something your not.( Example: want to be ballers: don't be one of those guys who plays like they make so much money but still live with their mama !!!)To impress a real women you need to be simple,clean looking(hair cut,clothes that are clean and ironed) and be real (with yourself and what you like)

I suppose it really depends on what you want to impress on them. If you want to impress on them that you are funny, develop your sense of humor and ability to deliver witty conversation. If you want to impress them with your looks work on exercising to develop a particularly fit and attractive body.
