I know you don't want too much exercise but how about if you just try swimming. You can go and do 20 laps a week or so and it doesn't even take that long but you'll definatly see results. Swimming excercises a LOT of muscles in your body all over your legs, abs and arms. It's pretty easy and will also help you build your lung capacity. The hardest part about swimming is probably finding the convience of a pool to do it in, but in some places like the YMCA they even have this "Swimmer's Club" program where they keep track of how many laps you do and will sometimes give you "rewards" for all of your effort.

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.

drink water between bites to eat longer because it takes 15-20 minutes for your mind to tell you that you're full so eat slowly, but less at the same time. You drink water to help break down the fats and sugars. i know it seems time-consuming, but it will work. Oh and put a lemon/lime slice in the water to reduce the chance of water weight
