They believe that the messiah (the messenger is coming). Judgment day will come when either the world is so bad that its time to stop it or it is so good that we will be lifted up to a new plane of existence. It is suggested that this will be the year 6000 in the Jewish calendar.

Cabala suggests that we are all shattered points of light from god the ultimate light and that we will return to god.

there are hints toward it in written torah, but i haven't memorized exact locations of passages to give you. most jewish beliefs about the world of resurrection come from the oral torah, not the written torah. the general idea is not really an "end of the world" but a "next world" where the souls of the righteous dead will return to physical form to live forever in a paradise on earth. there will be no bodily needs, no pain, no death, etc.

"Messiah" is a euphemism for the World-to-Come when God's creation is completed and we live in perfection.

Live your life to its fullest, enjoy the gifts God has given us, help others to live their lives to the fullest -- the afterlife will take care of itself. There's nothing you can do about it.
