I really want to cut this weight back off and start leading a healthy lifestyle I can start workouts and diets.. but I become to tired to do something and one things leads to another and nothing ever happens. It would be better if I could talk personally to someone so PM me on Yahoo if ya like, (nitemagic3)... My question though what is a good workout plan(w/cardio), and diet plan, and something to keep me motivated!

~Thanks for the help.

Don't be overly concerned about weight. Focus more on looking good and being healthy. Using the following program, I lost 5 lbs a week for eight weeks.

Diet is extremely important. To slim your body you must:

Burn more calories than you eat.

Cut your fat intake.

Eat three cups of fat free low cal yogurt a day (make sure it has live cultures in it) and pineapples. This helps you break down your food.

Do 45-60 min. of aerobic exercise a day (preferably before you eat in the morning). This will attack the fat.

Do 30 min of weight training three times a week. This will build lean muscle which will in turn burn fat.

I lost 40 lbs in two months and have kept it off for two more months doing this. I also took my body fat % from 30% to 14%

Find someone that will do this with you or will hold you accountable. Take before pictures and gather pictures of what you would like to look like.

Be Blessed

To lose weight, you need to reduce the calorie intake by some amount. It is important to develop a healthy diet , so that body receives sufficient nutrients even as you try to lose weight. Check the calorie count of the food you eat. A diet without sufficient nutrients like vitamins and minerals will only increase your appetite when you are trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan to lose weight , additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles to increase the metabolic rate. Small changes in your diet can help you lose a lot of weight. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. However, the exercise program for fat loss should also consider the fitness level of the person. More information is available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h

well i lost 56 pounds since March 12.. i eat 5 times per day... small meals..this way i do not get to the starving point and i do not over eat. I walk 2 miles per day... 1 mile twice per day. I joined Curves.. (exercise place for woman only) I try to go for 5 days per week but usually only make it 3.. i am on a do-it-myself-calorie plan.

your body burns 12 to 18 calories per pound per day. it takes about 2300 calories to make a pound. If you need help figuring your calorie need you can email or IM me at yahoo. Good luck... losing weight is one of the hardest things to do.. it was harder than quitting to smoke for me. But im gonna do it this time and you can make it too.

one more thing... everything physical that you do treat it like exercise and give it your all. Take the stairs when you can.. park all the way at the end when you go to the store or the mall.
