I'm a vet tech and I wouldn't advise feeding any human food to your cat. Instead of a cake, just get some really good quality treats and make a special day of it. Some new toys for presents, and lots of cuddles will make her feel special. Your cat isn't a person, doesn't know what a cake is, so it's really for you at the end of the day.

i know its not a cake but my 2 cats love it!!! btw you can substitute the salmon for tuna...beef..chicken..or celery for carrots...etc i hope your cat enjoys!!!

Su-Purr Salmon Pate

1 (6 ounce) can boneless, skinless salmon
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 egg, beaten
1 envelope unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pack into a small fish-shaped mold (or other small mold) and bake for 45 minutes.

Serve at room temperature.

You can make a cake with carob, it's just like chocolate, but wont harm your cat. People in pet bakery's make the snacks with it. I wouldn't give her milk, it can give her diahhrea. If she doesn't normally eat canned cat food, that would make a great cake also.
