Haggis
The Most Traditional of all Scottish Dishes!
1 cleaned sheep or lamb's stomach bag
2 lbs. dry oatmeal
1 lb. chopped mutton suet
1 lb. lamb or venison liver, boiled and minced
2 cups stock
sheep heart and lights, boiled and minced
1 large chopped onion
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
This is the most traditional of all Scottish dishes, eaten on Burns Night (January 25th, the birthday of Scotland's national poet, Robert Burns, 1759-1796) and at Hogmanay (New Year's Eve). It is really a large round sausage; the skin being a sheep's paunch. The finest haggis of all is made with deer liver, served to the skirl of the pipes, cut open with a traditional 'sgian dubh' (black stocking knife) and accompanied by small glasses of neat Scotch whisky. This recipes dates from 1856.
Toast oatmeal slowly until crisp. Mix all ingredients (except stomach bag) together. Add stock. Fill bag to just over half full, press out air, and sew up securely. Have ready a large pot of boiling water. Prick the haggis all over with a large pin so it doesn't burst. Boil slowly for 4-5 hours. Serve with clapshot.

Tripe
Tripe is a type of edible offal made from the stomach of various domestic animals. Beef tripe is typically made from the first three of a cow's four stomachs, the rumen (blanket/flat/smooth tripe), the reticulum (honeycomb and pocket tripe), and the omasum (book/bible/leaf tripe). Abomasum (reed) tripe is also seen, but with much less frequency, owing to its glandular tissue content. Sheep and pork tripe are also produced.
It's really gross, but if it sounds good to you there are some recipes on the link.

There are just so many repulsive foods, aren't there? Just reading the other answers almost made me vomit:
Liver, kidneys, octopus, squid, pig's feet, entrails, brains, just horrible stuff, but for me the all time champion of repulsive food that literally makes me gag just to think of it and puke to taste:
MAYONNAISE!

Kale. It's a southern green boiled and served as a side dish or part of a salad.
It's very dark green and has a skunky, sour smell like vomit. The hairy, limp leaves are revolting.
I can't stand the sight, smell or taste of it. I won't remain in a kitchen where it's being cooked.

I am repulsed beyond belief even at the sight of mayonaisse. I cant go near it, or smell it. Its hard for me to even think about it. I'd eat any other food before I had to eat mayonaisse. Other than that, mushrooms and sauerkraut.
