Ask her out. If she says no, ask her again. If she says no the 2nd time, she probably doesn't like you. If that's the case, ask out her sister or her best friend. That'll show her!

The only way you can find out is going and getting it done yourself. Go up to her, flirt, but be nice and friendly. Girls love it when guys make the moves; then ask her for her phone number, or IM so that you guys can talk a lot and get to know each other. After awhile, when you two have formed a friendship, that's when you can finally find out her true feelings.

It's all about the eyes, eye contact is the key !! test it out, if you see this girl just glance at her a few times until both of you get eye contact. When you do lock eyes with her for 2 sec, if this produces a smile that's a good sign, if she quickly looks away that means shes just not interested.

while talking if she>laughs a lot,blushes,says ur silly,retarted,insults u a lot,picks on u,if she's acting quiet/shy,is lost fer words,looks down a lot while talking,won't look u straight in the eyes/face and if she does its like for a split second then she looks away(sometimes),thats all i can think of right off the top of my head right now!!
