The fact is that it is all hokey mythology.

Face it--these religions are excuses for the fundamentalists of both sides to hate each other, and for the ones with the upper hand (read: Christians) to bomb the others (read: muslims) out of their oil-rich countries.

The way this conflict is shaping up, it looks like the world will be run by China. So practice your Mandarin and get your feng shui in order, because these western religions won't count anymore.

Having studied both religions for several years now I believe they are both wrong, I do not believe either perspective holds any water at all, you simply have two stories written by several scribes from both sides, it is their perspective of what the Koran and Bible hold because they them selves were never there, they simply wrote down the stories that were passed on in some cases hundreds of years, one really should not assume that these stories could actually be factual, there are some of the most credible scholars today that will say it is simply impossible to translate a meaning of words written from the scrolls, most religions interpret what they think the meaning is, I find this disturbing because there is no truth to speculation.

i wouldnt say any one religion is right. It would make sense that that would be the two sides to the story fitting together, but what about all the other religions? buddhism, the many different yet similar paths of paganism, No one path is right, its just different types of people seeing things differently. Take wicca for example, anyone who has studied it cant ignore some similarities with christianity and buddhism. Point of my rambling...no ones right. Everyone has their own set of beliefs and their side of the story.

u know what -- just take their prayers for example -- all of the three, Jewish, Christians Our Father and Muslims Al-Fatihah -- just go through their meaning. that will be a good start. people are good and equal -- be it any religion, differences arise with traditions and cultures not religions.

Allah is the God of Abraham. Arab Christians and Jews additionally use the be conscious "Allah". Allah skill "The (One) God", and Muslims use Allah because of the fact this be conscious can't be manipulated like the be conscious "God", e.g god would be utilized as "godfather", "godmother", "goddess", "gods", and in case you turn it it is going to become "dogs", and so on. The be conscious "Allah" can't be utilized in this way of way. "Allah" is the Arabic version in the semitic language. In Hebrew the be conscious is "Elloah". In Aramaic, "Elaw". "Who would be extra desirable in faith than guy or woman who submits his finished self to Allah, does stable, and follows the way of Abraham the real in faith? For Allah did take Abraham for a chum." (Quran 4:one hundred twenty five)
