12 black + white tv.I want to add color to it.do i need a converter box?the tv works great just needs alittle color.

a box of crayons will work but you need to color fast.

Go to an art supply store and buy some oil paints, then turn on the tv and paint the pictures as they come up, better be fast because they change every 1/29th of a second.
