I wanna get married on the beach, but I'm on a budget, anyone know of cheap places in Hawaii?

All Public Beaches are free. The only way you'll have to pay to get married on the beach is if you wanna use Hotel Property or Private Property then it's up to them how much to charge you. There's ALOT of nice public and secluded public beaches that are completely free. Congrats and best wishes

I am currently asking the same question as you.
My fiance and I are scheduling a fly over stay this December to check everything out. We plan to look around Maui and discuss with realestate as we plan to get a beach house for the actual wedding. However, get a few rooms for our guest to stay close by too. Then attend events to have some fun, a luau etc. As he goes to Iraq next year, we got to do a lot of the planning and resourcing now for our wedding when he comes home.
can visit www.visitmaui.com. I heard that Moloka'i and Lana'i are beautiful locations with lots to offer and still remain at low budget. A lot of resorts and hotels already have planners set up to assist you. We are currently getting in contact with a few here soon.

All beaches are public. Just remember, there will be kids playing in the background and people walking all around. Maybe you could go through a hotel that has private beach access where there are less people...if that is what you want. I am getting married at Turtle Bay Resort. You should check it out. Good luck!
