I am 15 years old....

anyways, every night before i go to bed i walk my dog around the neighborhood. then i come back in the house and do 80 push ups and 100 crunches. i have been noticing that i ve gained about 7 pounds and i also have begun to see strechmarks my arms and chest. should i stop execising or is this normal.

doing this exercising is fine. you're gaining muscle mass not "fat" weight. remember to eat healthy and drink lots of water. The stretch marks are because you're growing too fast. You should be allowing 24 hours resting time between working out a certain muscle group....you're not. try adding some variety to your workouts...do legs one day, back and arms the next, chest the next etc....

use cocoa butter lotion on those stretch marks. muscle weighs for than fat, so you're gaining some muscle, just watch your skin.

as you might be loosing body fat you are gaining muscles and if you don't want stretch mark don't do so many.

you shouldnt gain from doing exercises you are likely making yourself hungry and are eating more because of it.

it OK just remember that you have to eat healthy and avoid sick people cause you get sick you loose it all and have to start over
