It means they did not get a clear reading on the test and you shold make them do another one. Benign means not aggressive cancer or not growing . Behavior could mean it may be a borderline problem of cancer

where was this issue located? I had an issue once....atypical granulomas located in the parotid gland.......turns out it was cat scratch fever. Neoplasm refers to an overgrowth of cells, benign means the tumor or growth is not cancer. Uncertain behavior means they are clueless and need more information. You need to proactive and ask a ton of questions, I looked up the following link for you.

neoplasm [Greek. neos-new; plasma-form]. A new growth; a tumour.
benign [Latin. benignus-kind]. Innocent. A term used to denote the opposite of malignant.
uncertain behaviour means it may or may not become malignant in future.
