Should the person be the first to approach or what?

You have to be approachable. Be casual friends with someone first, then good friends and fin ally best friends. True friendship takes a lifetime. Be yourself be natural, don't try too hard. I don't know your particular situation but i have seen people be lonely all their life because they had a certain image of a person they wanted. Or an image of a person they wanted to be. If neither one of those came about they stayed alone. If you love yourself first then that allows other people to love you. Be selective not picky. Don't try too hard. I have often told people don't spend your life looking for someone special and miss out on meeting that special someone. For everyone there is a special someone, good luck in finding them.

Just take it slow with the first guy, but don't act like a prude.
Make-outs and kisses and hugs are okay, just don't let him get all over you like some pig.
Keep your dignity while your with him and make sure he knows that you need respect from him.
And duude, whatever you do, don't rush into a relationship just because everyone else is going out with someone..just wait for the right guy to come along.

You might want to ask a friend if you are "approachable". Does your body language say "come and talk to me" or does it say "go away". Smile more, have open posture, make yourself more approachable.

If u feel so and u have the confidence to approach, u can ...! other wise its better u back off and let ur body language do the trick......

i always wait for the guy to ask me out....never hv i asked a guy out before..may b that's a stupid thing to do.....but this is me....if u like a guy...u should ask him out......but don't give the impression that u r desperate for him....just be cool and dont let urself down
