My bf mom treats me really bad,i'm a really nice person i cook clean and do the freaking laundry i love my bf very much we're engaged and she knows this i think she's treating me this way to get rid of me because she thinks her son is to good for me?i dunno i hope not i want her to like me:( this arrangement isnt working out:( btw thx for answering

Don't be hard on yourself, because it has nothing to do with you.
You sound like a very decent, caring person.
The problem with this mother is her not realizing that her son will one day grow up and want a woman other then his mom to love.
She feels threaten by you, because she feels she is losing him to you in some way.
Let her know that her son will always love her, but he has made a choice to also love you. And let her know that you will take care of him as good as she has.
Best of luck to you...and try not to let her get to you if she doesn't realize that you are good for her son.

Just kill it with kindness continue being as nice as you can to her this will show her that you don't care what she thinks and you aren't going any where so she can stop treating you mean trying to get rid of you because it won't work

No, she is fearful of losing her Son to you. Just keep on being nice towards her, maybe she will finally realize that she could get a Daughter.

ok if you don't have any kids yet,get out!!!!!!!She is one of those mom's who can't let go and TRUST me she will get ten times worse if you have this guys child,I know I have been going through it for 6 yrs now and it driving me to an early grave.unless you think your up for the challenge but I don't think any man is worth the bull S*** that I have endured!!!!! I am currently trying to find a way out,so my advice is:DON'T waist your time!good luck!

a lot of mothers have problems cutting the apron strings. They will hate any woman who comes between them and their "wittle boy". Don't take it personally. Your boyfriend better learn to take your side, though. If he is siding with mommie and leaving you out to twist in the breeze, go find a different man.

you dont say how bf acts. As long as he is strong enough and stands up for you to his mom just keep being yourself. dont try too hard. sometimes moms dont want to let their sons go. If she really cares for her son she will accept you.

explain to her why your good for her son. Tell her in front of him
just try to get her understand that your the kind of person that think before they act. and you'll never do anything to hurt her son

Just continue to be as nice as possible to her and hopefully she'll change her attitude towards you. You don't want to confront her about it and create any unnecessary tension.
