OK, so you get off on pain.
Nothing wrong with that if that is what floats your boat, but there are ways to go about getting the gratification you desire.
Find a woman (or a man, whatever your into) who will be willing to inflict pain on you that does not cause lasting damage and that will not put you in danger. Fine someone who will enjoy hurting you just as much as you like being hurt. You are a masochist. You need to find someone to dominate you.
Be careful what you do to yourself, NEVER get yourself into comprising situations when no one else is there to help you if something goes wrong, and don't put yourself in danger.
Everyones sexual taste is different, it makes the world interesting, enjoy yours safely and happily.

I would seek help for this as you are going beyond the normal 'fetish' level with this and bordering on dangerous to your safety. What you are doing is not in essence wrong but but you are going further to get the thrill. Try a thick elastic ban around your wrist and ping it hard on the inside when you get the need but I really think you should seek help before you take it too far.
