Why body can produce so much electrostatic in a cold environment?

In a cold environment around 18~20 degree, my body will produce a lot of electrostatic which make my T-shirt(i think is nylon) stick to my body!

usually the humidity is lower in cold temperatures. That's the bigger cause.
