No matter how bad it gets just know that it will get better and there are people much worse off than you. Never apologize for the way you feel.

We all hurt, some worse than others. If you take a good look at this world, i know that you can find plenty more people in worse situation's than yours. I do not know the extent of your pain, and iam truly sorry for you re pain. but when i get down and depressed, i first ask the lord to see me through, and then i think of all the people in this world, whom are worse off than myself. In the end family is all that we have to hold on too. Open up and let them help you, do not try and do it all on your own. And i am most definitely not laughing. Best of Luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its sounds like depression, which can be all consuming, and is different for everyone, it is really important that you seek proffesional advice about this, it can be done through your doctor or a counsilling profession, or try a holistic therapy like armoatherapy, they work well.

Never apologise for how you feel, its something no one else will fully comprehend, what one person can cope with can be a breaking point for another, we all have different thresholds on what we can cope with. The best thing to do is talk about it, bottling it up will make it worse.

a lot of people go through this. You sound depressed, there is no shame in this and there does not even need to be an apparent reason. It is just a chemical imbalance in the brain. You need to see a doctor and get antidepressants. People are sometimes loath to take these for fear of the stigma. If you broke your leg you would be a fool to say you didn't need a cast, its just medicine.
Depress in not just feeling low, anyone who has not suffered it just can not understand it.
I was depressed for many years and also tried to commit suicide many times.
hang in there, you are not alone. If you want to talk, e mail me via my profile which can be accessed by clicking on my name.
Don't take any notice of anyone here who has nasty things to say to you, they are pathetic individuals that can only feel good by making others feel bad.

Look...life hurts everyone alright....that's no laughing matter...u need to be more positive about life..all this negative thoughts will only make life more hard......don't just sit there feeling sorry for yourself...plan ur life...and go ahead with a fresh mind....never think u can't...things may get difficult to cope up with....but eventually they'll come right...talk to ur wife....tell her how u feel....don't give up on ur self......
and dont ever think u r the only person with problems....every "perfect" person have their own problems....u need to learn from ur mistakes and move on with life....THINK POSITIVELY

I am so sorry that you are hurting, however it's difficult to help when you don't say why. Please try to be positive and tell yourself that life can only get better. Remember laugh and The World laughs with you, cry and you cry alone. I wish you the very best wishes possible.

No, I am not laughing at all. I think life isn't fair for most of us, it just how to deal with it that makes us different. You can't give up, you have a family that needs you. Please talk to someone you can trust, maybe work some of your problems out. Good luck, and please keep in touch, I sincerely care.

We all have coping mechanisms and when they fail us we do not know what to do next.
I went the anti-depressant route, my brother voluntarily admitted himself, my (ex) best friend went the counselling route and my mum just moans.
