two dates for the same dance... if you do not do this you are missing out on some serious hijinks or shenanigans. think of the hilarity.
or you could just avoid her and avoid the subject of the dance etc.... then IF she gets aggressive about it just say something like i would go out with you but you remind me of my mom or an exgirlfriend that you hate. this = not her fault but still there's no chance. this also produces no revenge motive.

What a *****. Are you 2 close? if so ask her opinion approximately this lady from a diverse college you have been banging (in the experience that your too youthful for that then basically some lady you have been relationship.) Say something stupid like her exboyfriend shop stalking her to get her back like some "obsessive geek". in case you and this lady arent such great buddies only ask for her pant's length and say ok so the subsequent length down is __? My GF has a birthday springing up and he or she's slightly smaller then you extremely. Or opposite it and bypass along with her bra length and say your anniversary is springing up and you propose to get her some beautiful undies to rejoice. have confidence me, this lady will consume out of your hand.. in case you play it off good. Your not a geek. So be a stud.

Be gentle, but firm, remember, it could be you on the other end someday. Tell her no thank you, treat her like you treat everyone else, and don't make a huge deal out of it to her or anyone else for that matter. No drama, it'll help her not to take it so hard (it'll help you with your friends and any other girls who might be watching, too).

Just tell her in a nice way that you already have dates for both dances and try to fix her up with one of your friends

If she's obsessed with you, she's gonna be hurt anyway, even if youre kind in your refusal.
You might say "no, but its nice of you to ask"
Some girls might get hurt/sad, some get hurt/mad. It's not your fault if you never showed any interest in her past a friendship.

be nice, be gentle and be honest, she will get over you. Don't be mean though, you could scar her for life. take it as flattery, but let her know in private (so you don't embarass her) that you are not interested and that she needs to back off a little, maybe you can just be friends

Be nice but firm "I'm sorry but I don't like you that way and I'm going to the dance with so and so." and do not say "but we can be friends" mixed messages.

Be honest with her, it might hurt her, but you have to stop all this madness before it is too late...
