I am obsessed with Janet Jacksons body and I want to get into shape so my body can look like her's and I saw her on Oprah on Monday and she said she took some supplements and vitamins, I was wondering if I should take them and if so what kind should I take?

A good healthy vitamin (like one a day) is ok, but don't go nuts with lots of vitamins - Vitamin A and other "fat soluble" vitamins stay in the body, you can overdose on them - Vitamin C can give you a sour stomach because it messes with the acidity of your stomach.

Janet Jackson's body is the result of professional trainer's working with her - your results may differ, but you go girl.

A good high potency woman's multiple with minerals
A good antioxidant combo (wth A, E, C, and Selenium)
Calcium-magnesium-zinc pill 3 times daily with meals
A good essential fatty acid oil, as directed

i heard vitamins reach in high antioxidant can really help improve ones beauty like grapeseed oil extract bec. its 20 times stronger than vit. c and 50 times stronger than vit. e... and you should add minerals on your diet too... plus of course work outs and exercise and proper diet, it all starts with healthy lifestyle to look good physically... i heard there's one celeb who takes more than 10 kinds of vits. and suppplements a day in order to look good all the time...
