You should get a 20inch bike with a 20inch top tube (pro size) This will be just the right sized frame to fit you so that you can throw the bike around if your talking about doing tricks. If you are talking about racing it will have the right sized length so you can get decent gates and also have a short enough back end to have a nice manualing point. I suggest you get a Standard. It cost a little more and comes as frame only so you will have to order the rest of the parts yourself but Standards are the lightest chromoly frames that you can buy and also the strongest. They use OX temperd 4130 and it is fantastic. Then your only worry is matching the parts to your height as well. Crank length is important and so is bar height. You will find what you prefer as you ride. If you need help go to your local bike shop that hopefully has somone in there that knows about bmx bikes and not just mountain bikes. Mountain bike jumpers are catching on but you cant do as much with them as you can do a BMX bike.

If you really insist on a BMX or freestyle bike than the 20" seems to be the most universal (and most common) size. I have seen some 24s, but they are rather rare. Another thing that is slowly catching on is single speed 26" "mountain bikes" with solid forks. If you happen to see any, try on out.

do you mean a BMX bike? if you want to do stunts, i reccomende getting a mountain size bike (26") you can spend a couple hundred bucks on a hardtail with a good fork (low travel). in my opinion, you can do more with a "trials" bike than a BMX bike. trials bikes are lighweight and tough becuase theyr made for doing tricks.

24" are mainly just for bmx cruising. if you want a bmx for tricks, then opt for the 20"... 24" are too much bike to be swinging around... especially if you're looking at a bmx with a gyro system. go to specialilzed.com to check them out. good luck!
