How do I get rid of, "eventlog\application\microsoft\h.323 Telephony Service Provider"? (Theres more)

Question

Everything, and anything, I use, including, Paint, calculator, firefox...etc, wants to delete this. My firewall alert pops up saying things are trying to delete it. I press allow, and it still tries to delete 5 minutes later, sometimes with the same program. I looked this up, but I couldnt find anything usefull on this exact problem. So I thought id ask, and maybe someone knows what the heck this is.
