It depends if you have had anything to eat during the day. If not then I suppose you could call it a late breakfast.
The word breakfast is literally BREAK+FAST. You are breaking the fast that you have been on since the day before. So if you haven't eaten all day then it will be.
If you are doing that then it probably isn't very sensible.
I went through a phase of eating nothing but bran flakes. I would eat a big bowl at tea time and that was my meal..... I repeat, not very sensible.

A late breakfast is a crate of stella after 11.00.
A shite dinner is the one you have if you happen to be still in whetherspoons at 6.00 after a cheap afternoon with the coffin dodgers on pension day.

what's a shite dinner? Well having cereal for dinner is not the best thing to do becaus you wo;t be getting the nutrients you need. It is defenitely not a late breafast!

Cereal is not exclusively a breakfast food, it can be eaten at any time, so it's still dinner.

I don't understand your question with your spelling errors. But I think if you have cereal for dinner it is your dinner not your breakfast.
