I don't know for sure, but if it is legal for the 400+ lady to wear those purple joggers than I'd say anything is cool. You can be Bat Man in my neighborhood anytime.

you can wear the costume while driving but it's illegal to wear a mask of any kind. last halloween i got a FAT ticket for this! i'm in calif,i was "it" for halloween lol

you can wear anything you want to,,but its illegal to hide your face with any kind of a mask,,if they see you,,your going to get a ticket, this much i can promise you,,good luck ,i hope this help,s.
