What breed of dog is it? A lot of toy dogs have some effects of inbreeding. My yorkie has what is called a collapsed trachea and he, according to the vet, "reverse sneezes" which sounds like you're describing. He snorts and wheezes as he's trying to breathe through his nose. Either way, take her to the vet.

If it sounds like shes having a problem breathing, and if she gets a gaze or stare instead of just a plain look, it might be a collapsed trachea, or a pulmonary or cardiac problem. Take her to your local animal hospital and have her checked out.

Take her to a vet. Remember that they can't talk and tell you what they are feeling.

It could be the beginning of something bad, don't waste any time.
