For me, when I dream repetitively, it is clearly because I have an overwhelming amount of stuff on my mind. To define "stuff" is rather hard, but I guess any information, thoughts, feelings, or any sort of emotions that you are having can be its reasoning. Anyhow, try to clear your head, relax, and recognize what may be triggering this occurrence. If it is something that is bothering you, approach it, and try to resolve it. I know it sounds difficult, but remember you are only human and overwhelming events will happen. Take it easy and ease your mind to only cheerful thoughts.

It might be stress related. If there is something in your life right now causing you anxiety, maybe you should try and comfront and resolve the issue. Or maybe take a few days off and get out of town to clear your head. Surround yourself with good positive friends or family and get out of your normal daily routine.
