loosen up. just cause you have alot to do doesn't mean you have to stress so much. if you stress, then you will probably get sick, or your body will start doing crazy things. you gotta just relax and still do everything. getting the BEST grades in school isnt everything. just give it your best shot, and you'll be fine. about student council.. TRUST me, it's not worth it. give it a miss. organise your afternoons. so do 20 mins math, 10 mins english then an hour on an assignment. give yourself breaks. if you organise your time better, you will get alot more done. but like i said... RELAX and take a CHILL PILL. it gets harder after school... this is the easy bit mate!

The only way you can get used to it is if you start thinking of yourself as a Taskmaster 5000 autobot designed to make everyone else look bad. Do everything and people will say, "Holy crap, this guy is a multitasker and proficient in every area imaginable." They'll pay you big bucks.

You should eat the right foods to fuel your brain and body. Stress is caused more by imbalances in your body than work. So eat right and don't eat too much, only when you're hungry.

I wish I had your energy and motivation but I'm happy being a nobody. The world needs more skilled people like you. You will make change in the world! Not bottom-feeders like me and everyone I know.

*Don't let that one woman poster discourage you by reminding you of chores you'll have to do. Those are not as important as the goals you are aiming for and have achieved.*

Feel lucky that that is your only job right now, it's all part of life. Unlike you I am 37 years old and I am currently working full time (50 hrs a week) and going to school full time to earn my second degree and I go to the gym 4 days a week and have a great relationship.

Enjoy this chapter in your life because it will get harder as you grow older. Buy a calendar or palm and work on a schedule that will allow you to dedicate time to everything you need to accomplish.

Have fun and good luck.

Yeah it's pretty normal! And it only gets worse from here. :)

Your best bet is to not dwell on everything you have to do as much and just do it. Try to be present in the things you are doing as much as possible and not worry about what you have to do next.
Before I go to work every morning I do yoga to force myself to be present for the day, read my bible, and then do meditation/prayer. I'm not trying to get all new age spiritual on you, because it's totally a personal thing. this is just the thing that I've found to help, because I'm the type of person who worries about everything if I'm allowed to, and gave myself a ulcer at 22. Be careful not to stress yourself out too bad, it can really effect your health later on down the road.

Yes this is normal. All you have to do it take the time to map out your routine. Put yourself on a schedule in order you need to do them. I know how this is because I was in the same predictament not to long ago. I go to school full time and work 40 hours a week. I have a child that I need to get up and ready for school, take him to school and come back and get myself ready for school. I have to do all the shopping for the house as well as for the both of us. I got tired of ripping and running trying to do everything at once that I took the time to map out my routine and every since then things has been going smoothly

If you're that stressed quit some stuff! You don't HAVE to play all those sports although it's a great idea. If you just can't handle anymore just take the load off. After all your body is more important than playing sports.

Its normal. take a break. dont think about anything(school or grades). listen to some soft music/fav music on ur ipod or ur mp3 player or watch some tv(a favorite show or a movie) or talk/go to some of your friends, tell them your worries, have some good time.

once u achive some goal, u will do good at others too. take it easy.

If you are too stressed..take a load off. Try not to do so much at one time. Who says you have to. Otherwise find an activity that just involves relaxation. Like Ballet!? Just kiddin"
