A worry wart- i was one, and i think to some extent i still am. Im on a anti-depressant/anti anxiety and its helps out alot.
My effects were-- stomach ulcers, heart problems (if you dont get it under control) your blood pressure, your diet -bc if you worry all of the time you either dont eat or you eat too much. it can cause you to lose hair, lose friends, and wrinkles (well at least when i was worrying too much i thought i would wrinkle sooner than my peers) If youre asking for yourself or someone you know, there are places like mental health services that dont cost anything and you can get some advice maybe some more resources.

Could be a number of things: ie, ulcers, high blood pressure, headaches, muscular aches, health problems, etc. Like someone said before, don't sweat the small stuff, let god (or the Great Spirit in my case) get it. It can truly ruin your health, so you need to let go of it. Frued? once said that worry was 90+% of nothing you have control over, and 10% you do have have control over.

I am not trying to scare you ....but to tell you that stress can trigger all kinds of mental illness (in addition to physical problems) ......that maybe when treated early early can prevent bigger problems....have a cousin who has taken an anti depressant since he was 20 and now 50 yrs of age because he is a perfectionist and worrier.....had upset stomach...the whole works all from worrying.

don't follow in my footsteps

panic attacks, high blood pressure, ulcer, unneccessary trips to the doctor, get sick easily from not eating properly(low immune system)

Worse case scenerio was my mom who worried all the time and had a stroke and died at 54. I've stopped worrying now for the most part, but its hard.

he's possibly addicted to the drug contained in the sound asleep tablets, it somewhat is somewhat undesirable. the classic man or woman is only meant to take one or 2 of those in accordance to day, and if he's eating extra, the drug would nicely be doing terrible issues to his body. also, if it is going to change into too obsessive, he ought to die from it. a lot of folk die from overdosing sound asleep tablets, actually. i'd ask a healthcare professional for added information on the risks or perhaps confer at the same time with his mum and dad (do they retain in mind that he's doing this?!). you've a perfect to be anxious, and in case you somewhat care about him, i'd talk as a lot as somebody else about it.
