my baseball coach says i should put on 15 pounds by spring. I am 6'2 165. I lift wieghts 3 or 4 times a week. I been doing that for about a month and a half and havnt seen any weight gain. Can some give me some tips of what i should do.

Eat right.

In order to gain weight the "general rule" is to eat approximately 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of your body weight a day. So in your case you would have to get at LEAST 165 grams of protein a day! It's fairly easy. Go to a friendly bodybuilding website and get some good info. bodybuilding.com is a good one and not everyone on there is a "musclehead"!

Keep your reps around 6-8 for building muscle. But mix it up, have heavy days(6-8 reps) and light days(12-15 reps). Be VERY careful NOT to overtrain! Get plenty of rest!!!!!

Take your time, do NOT give up. May take 3 months to see a difference! It WILL be worth it. You can do it!

lift heavier weight less repetitions as much as u can endure
eat lots of bananas and high protein w/protein supplements ask the health food retailer for tips in body building supplements add some cardio like running or swimming or tread mill or bicycle it will support your iron pumping

eat 1 g of protein per 1 pound of your weight, and work out

You have to do it everyday and change your routine daily working different muscle groups every other day!
Add reps every week or when the routine gets easier to do.
DO NOT DO STEROIDS and eat protein and carbs to balance your out put!

get a weight gain shake they have from 1800 to 2400 calories a serving ,also eat eat eat but eat smart no junk food.
high protein foods like chicken and turkey
