I have been experiencing muscle weakness, slowed reaction time, visual perception issues, seizures, hearing loss, weight gain, general sense of pain, and delusions over the past year.
It's getting worse!!!

Plz seek professional help before it gets really bad and you harm someone or yourself. I have seen some people who have had these symptoms and have comitted some serious crimes. Are you maybe on some meds that might make you feel this way? And I'm assuming u did no drugs.
