If we came home and my daughter was still alive, I probably would give the babysitter a tip.

I would tip a babysitter by the way my kids or children or whoever is being babysitted liked them and how they treated them. Even though I am not old enough to babysit yet, that is what I would do.

She cleans your house; she does your laundry; she bakes something for the whole family; all without being asked. But don't do thse things expecting a tip. They may not notice. Do it out of the goodness of your heart and they'll love you to pieces.

Any one of these things:
Cleaning when she didn't have to
Cooking them a good meal
Making a yummy dessert for us
Taking extra good care of my baby/child
Doing laundry when she didn't have to
Picking up the house after the kids go to bed
Teaching my children appropriate things

I would say just when I get home and the kids ar estill in one piece(not that I hav eany kids). They enjoyed everything was still in my house the way I left it.
