water pills does NOT make u loose weight, they just dehydrate the body, but u will have to replace this lost water anyway.

No, water pills wont make you lose weight maybe 4 a day or so because you still need your water. Your just better off sweating it out.

Water pills, or diuretics, simply make your body rid itself of excess urine and extracellular fluids. The weight you lose is simply water. It is not meaningful weight loss.
Depending on the type of diuretic, your body can become hypokalemic. That is a shortage of potassium. Hypokalemia can cause any number of problems if it is severe enough. The issues involved with hypokalemia range from muscle weakness to cardia dysrythmias.
Diuretics are used to treat diseases like congestive heart failure. They are not intended to be abused to lose weight.

They make you lose water. That's it. They aren't for losing weight. They are for people who have problems with retaining too much water. Don't take them.
