Yes, in some format. Just look at people that cure themselves of cancer or after polio can walk again. How about the marathon runners without training. Those are examples of mind over matter being the human body.

yes. consider a stinky smelly bathroom, think of something resintly that you can remember smelling that you liked, and you will smell that item. it works with me anyway[2 points WooHoo].

to an extent yes...it's more that you can control your andreneline and let it out as you will so you feel less pain then you should...of course, that does run out fairly quickly.
