Eat a healthy meal every 3 hours 3 times a day. Whenever you can, exercise. Start off with a nice walk and slowly move up to jogging. Ever heard of that big giant ball? If you did, I did crunches on those for a few weeks and I got great results. Good Luck!!!

Sweety, it's sad u have to worry about your weight at your age, I am sure you are beautiful. If you drink lots of water, and eat mainly plain baked chicken and salad then you can loose alot of weight, also cut out any soda. There are too much carbs in soda. STAY AWAY FROM DIET PILLS, THEY ARE DANGEROUS! Oh, and you will need to do ALOT of crunches, they are what really tightens and flattens ur tummy! Good luck!

Eat 1000 calories a day.
Do at least one half hour aerobic activity every day.
I am your height.
It is a long time since I have been in the 7th grade.
You man NEVER have a flat stomach but you can have a trim body all of your life.
You will look good long after your skinny sisters have turned to flab!
Go for it!

If you are heavy for your age, please ask your parents to take you to the dr. It might be suggested that you simply get more exercise, and effectively attempt to grow into your weight, under more healthy conditions.
By contrast, if you are significantly heavier than where the Dr. thinks you need to be, there should be some very good suggestions.
Either way, the answer is likely that you need to watch what you eat, and get more activity. It really isn't that complicated!
Good luck, but don't be afraid to ask for help!

Diet and exercise kid.
Don't waste people's time with trying to seem like your problem is really critical. Mindless superficialism is not important.
Grow up.

pilates will give you amazing abs, check out your local gyms and fitness centers, you will probably have to sign up for a class but its worth the money, trust me. Also youmay need to adjust your diet, dont drink sodas, and only eat foods that god gave us (fruit, veggies, meats, and very limited sweets) he gave us these foods for a reason! if you do these simple things you will see awesome results (and very fast with pilates!), i did
