Unfortunately, you're gonna have to lose some weight to take care of this one. Join a club that has a pool that's only 4' deep. Walk the lanes. Do this for an hour every day and the fat will begin to just melt off. Best of luck!

maybe you should start walking everyday, drinking lots of water and for the rash get some rash cream out of walmart!! good luck

Walk more & eat less. Ride a bicycle. Wear pants with the crotch at your crotch, not down by your knees. Also start exercising with the "5BX" program, which starts off VERY slow & easy (perfect for fat &/or lazy people) & requires no equipment. Here's a link to 5BX:

rub diaper ointment on your rash, and it wont be painful anymore and the rash will clear up.

try a little baby powder or cornstarch.....also a brisk 30 minute daily walk could help.....30 being the minimum amount of time.

DON'T STOP WALKING!!
Use some sort of barrier....such as Gold Bond powder/ cornstarch/ even baby diaper cream.
