it depends on the person, but i am from the south, and i guess you could say its a "southern" thing, the guys ask us out, and thats just the way it works ! i dont ask guys out, its not cuz i am shy, or anything of that nature, but its like an automatic rule. believe me, if a guy is a jerk, first of all, i'm not gonna be with em & i aint gonna git pregnant, i can take care of my self !

i dont ask boys out, they can ask me and if i find an interest then ill go out with them, i dont do random guys or put up with abuse though. why dont you try asking a NICE girl. sounds like your putting down girls for not liking the nice guy, but maybe your asking a bad girl.

I don't know the answer to that. Maybe they think this other guy is nice and find out he isn't and its too late. Most people want what they can't have and that might be the attraction.

for me personally, i dont like to be the one to ask someone out. i never have and im not sure if i ever will. i dont want to make the first move, i guess im just shy in that part of my life.
