Step into any Christian church, and you are likely to see at least 50% more women than men.
The rate at which women convert to Islam is approximately 4 female converts per each 1 male convert.
I have heard that there are way more female practicing Wiccans than male.
Are men more likely to make the decision to be atheist or agnostic than women, or do just as many men believe, but are much less vocal about their belief? Do women just "practice" their religions more or are women really more spiritual?

even ancient religions noticed that women have a far greater capacity for spirituality than men. judaism calls this quality "binah" - "wisdom, perfection of the soul, understanding." since women are recognized as having a great deal more of this quality than men, they do not have to perform as many commandments.

Yes I believe that women are way more spiritual by nature than men. The whole reason that more women are Wiccan than men is that it is a Goddess based religion. I do know a few spiritual men that actual speak about. Some others just go with the flow (going to church with the family). Others just keep it to themselves.

This is a very interesting question
Although I have no statistics, yet I would agree to this statement
I think that men question the status more than woman .. they are preoccupied with more philosophical question like the meaning of existence.. God .. ideologies and so on.. such pursue of truth will lead to a lot of skeptical men

I think your correct there. Ive never known another man who is religious or spiritual,or at least its never been discussed. Myself I'm atheist. Maybe the ones who are tend to keep it to themselves, and women will talk about it more. Also it maybe because on the whole women are more perceptive to things, more intuitive ext. I think we concentrate more on sports, work and such like.

One sometimes thinks so. Just this morning at Mass the only man was Father White, but I am guessing that most of the men were at work.

No women can just get fooled easier, by all the false preachers out there, because they will not study the bible for themselves, so some slick willy preacher comes along and leads them astray. men are not fooled as easy. remember EVE?
