I own a Dodge dealership. I can factually tell you that Isuzu does not own or have any stake in Dodge. Dodge is a part of DaimlerChrysler and is owned by Mercedes Benz. It was not a merger as everyone first thought. Mercedes out and out took over Chrysler. The Hemi engines are exclusively made by Chrysler and no one else.

this is totally false the truth is Isuzu and gm have partnered cars for years [chevette and i mark were on the same platform] it is obvious that Isuzu had a large hand in the design and development of gm's "dura-max" diesel engine and is the sole reason that it has any reliability at all.

BS, but Isuzu did make the Duramax diesel, so I agree that they are in the sack with Chevy.
