I have a problem, every time a get still and dont do anything, as hard as i try not to, i fall asleep, i fall asleep in class everyday and miss important information for tests. I get roughly 7 hours of sleep a night if thats the problem, but then sometimes i can get 2 hours of sleep and be much more wide awake than when i got 10 hours of sleep. Is there any way to fix this?

Try improving your diet. Avoid white sugar & flour products. Eat more veggies and fruits and whole grains. Avoid foods high in saturated fat. Eat a good high protein breakfast evry day. Start a healthy exercise program: 10 minutes of vigorous exercise = 2 hours of energy. Take a good high potency multiple vitamin like Natrol's My Favorite Multiple or Swanson's High Potency Soft Multiple. Take Siberian Ginseng or DMG for energy. Protein milk shakes or smoothies make great energy snacks between meals
Good luck!

talk with your doctor and see about having a sleep study done, insurance will cover them if done in an accredited sleep center. I thought I was sleeping a goods night rest and when I had my study done - I was actually waking an average of 30 times an hour!! No wonder I was falling asleep all day long! There are many different sleep disorders and getting treatment is very important. Lack of sleep will cause overeating, accidents, lower immune system and a host of health problems.

There is nothing to doing the study, all you do is sleep!
