I am looking to find something that surpresses my appitite. I already eat well and I exercise EVERYDAY! I also need help with my energy level and I had heard that "diet pills" help with that. I think iron helps also. Oh, and do the pills help with stress?

Thanks for any info and advice!

I am actually wanting "diet pills" more for energy. And everytime I see comercials, I always see them talking about increased energy. So the losing weight thing isn't too important to me. I am just tired of feeling tired!

No. Just because a particular diet pill worked for someone does not mean that it will work for you. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health. Prescription diet pills are useful for severe obesity problems. These pills are regulated and their side effects are monitored. Some of these pills are Meridia (Sibutramine), Xenical (Orlistat), Adipex, Bontril, Didrex, Phentermine and Tenuate. Xenical is a lipase inhibitor, decreasing fat absorption by 30% resulting in a lower calorie intake. These pills will not be effective for losing weight , if a conventional weight loss plan is also not followed. my sister uses dexatrim NATURALS b/c they arent bad for you and wont damage you liver/kidneys like other diet pills. These are really easy to use. You just take them a little while before you know your going to eat, no specific time frame or anything. They will supress your apetite. My sister has had success with them, i dont know how much you need/want to lose but she used it to get rid of "the last ten pounds" She was never big to begin with, but she thinks she is... whatever
