I am just about to gradute from college and have gained some weight from stress etc. I need a workout that wont be so time consuming. I am working two jobs plus I have classes. By the time 10 pm comes around I just pass out. You would swear that would be enough but its not. I have just started eating a really good diet, not I just want some kind of work out to suppliment it. Any ideas?

Do sit up on your bed...before you sleep...or right after you wake up. Make it a habit to do 50 sit ups each time.. you will see the results in just few days time.

Do you have an iPod or MP3 player? If so, you can dance anywhere, people might give you an odd look or two and a great stress buster. Just don't do it before your ready to crash for the night.

Also you mgith park a little farther from your jobs so you have walk a little farther and take the stairs whenever you can. Take a quick 10 minute walk at luch time, Exercise doesn't have to be done for 30-60 consequtive minutes to be beneficial. You just need to rev your metabolism a little.
