No. For one thing it's illegal. Besides @ 15 and 23 there is a lot of difference in social and emotional growth. The girl is always the one to get hurt, so if he really, Really cares about her he will keep the relationship at arm's length until she is at least 18. Once the girl is in her mid-twenties she can then date an older man because fortunately females are generally smarter and mature faster so in time she will have closed the gap.
